$100 per 55-minute session; $150 for 80 minutes; $200 for 110 minutes.

Insurance

I am currently taking Blue Cross/Blue Shield, MHN, Multi-Plan, Aetna, Humana, Cofinity and PHCS. I work out of network with some insurance companies.......

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, a $40 fee will be charged.
